CADIQ 6.4 was released in August 2011 and is the latest edition of ITI TranscenData's innovative 3D CAD model validation and product data quality product. CADIQ identifies potential shape and fit problems and compares differences between 3D CAD parts and assemblies. These quality issues and introduced changes often affect reusability of engineering data in downstream processes such as analysis, manufacturing and data migration. CADIQ's production tested validation functionality allows users to accurately compare geometry, topology, feature definitions and assembly product structure. Some of the highlights of CADIQ 6.4 include:

• New JT file interface support.
• NX 7.5 CAD system interface revision support.
• Parasolid 23 system interface revision support.
• Improved handling of large assemblies.
• Improved handling of CATIA mock-up solids in assemblies.
• Improved handling of complex assembly structure.
• Automated assembly component part reorienting.
• Support for mixed-unit assemblies.
• Basic level part comparison.
• Improved assembly quality diagnostics.
• New assembly placement diagnostics.

Within footprints you have full capabilities to create and manage any enhancement requests or issues regarding your use of CADIQ.
